Return or exchange process:

Please notify us via email or phone within 14days of recieving your order, If you decide to cancel please let us know right away or you will have to wait till we recieve item back to release the funds. Once you have notitified us for your return you will have to ship back to to retern address. The cost of return shipping will have to at your expense, how ever we do offer our postal rates and can schelule a no haslle pick up of the parsle from your home. Once item has arrived back we will release your funds via your payment method. On exchanges we will re ship the exchanged item once you have provided us with a tracking number.
