We offer a 14 day money back or exchange on everything other then items on clearence, If you are Purchasing items that are marked clearence it is final sale. 

Return or exchange process:

Please notify us via email or phone within 14days of recieving your order, If you decide to cancel please let us know right away or you will have to wait till we recieve item back to release the funds. Once you have notitified us for your return you will have to ship back to to retern address. The cost of return shipping will have to at your expense, how ever we do offer our postal rates and can schelule a no haslle pick up of the parsle from your home. Once item has arrived back we will release your funds via your payment method. On exchanges we will re ship the exchanged item once you have provided us with a tracking number. We recomend that all our customers pay via paypal. This is your best defence option as a buyer for safe and secure purchasing, however they are not the quickest at processing payments especially on refunds. Please if you use paypal and change your mind or want a refund it takes 3-5 business days to procees payment and 3-5 day to have the funds returned into your account.
